Thomas A. Woodward (Retired)
Tom is a retired transactional attorney whose practice involved tax, business entity formation, estate and wealth transfer planning. Tom started his career as a tax lawyer in a Wall Street law firm in New York City. Later, he founded the tax department of a nationally recognized law firm that grew from four lawyers to more than 300 lawyers. He chaired the Tax Department in another nationally recognized law firm. He was licensed to practice in four states, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Nebraska.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Nebraska, Tom attended the University of Michigan School of Law and holds an LL.M. (Taxation) from the New York University School of Law.
